These terms govern your use of kytral.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you accept them.

1. The Site

Kytral is in development and not available yet. The Site currently presents the project and lets you join a free waitlist.

2. Free, no payment

Nothing is sold on the Site and no payment is collected. Joining the waitlist is free, creates no obligation for you or for us, and does not guarantee access or a launch date.

3. Waitlist and accounts

You may join with a valid email address that you own. When sign-in becomes available (including with Google), you are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity on it. You can leave the waitlist or delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, no unlawful content.

5. Intellectual property

The Kytral name, logo and the content of the Site are protected. Do not reuse them without permission.

6. Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
